Purchase and Refund Policy

This online store offers the custom poster artwork created for the OVTC for its various productions, printed on high quality items sold exclusively through this format.  This is a print-on-demand service, which means that there are no minimums for purchase necessary.

Due to the nature of delivering custom, single-run products, print-on-demand vendors are not able to accommodate standard returns, for any reasons other than a misprint, a damaged or defective item, or any other situation where the item was not delivered as agreed upon with the purchase.

Should there be a problem with your purchase that you'd like to report, please use the contact button to email us and describe your issue, and we will do our best to work with the printer to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.  Otherwise all sales should be considered final.
